pp 284 [12 colour plates; 77 pages photographs] Second revised edition from 1933 containing a wealth of half-tone black and white photographs and colour plates of arts and crafts style houses across southern England and further afield designed by Baillie Scott and his Scottish partner Arthur Beresford. Bound in cream paper covered boards with a buff linen spine; binding marked and stained but perfectly sound. Apart from foxing to the soft paper stock the interior of the book is in very good condition with the frontispiece, 11 further colour plates and 77 full pages of photographic illustrations. The bulk of the properties featured are in the Home Counties around London as well as homes in Cambridge (Storey's Way), Runton Hall in Norfolk and a proposed hotel in Fishguard.
